Ace Frehley, Gene Simmons to Perform Together at Hurricane Benefit

Former KISS bandmates Ace Frehley and Gene Simmons will perform live together for the first time in more than 16 years on September 20.

Frehley and Simmons' respective solo bands were booked separately on the Children Matter Benefit Concert in St. Paul, MN. An announcement Monday confirmed the pair will perform together.

Frehley has repaired his relationship with Simmons and Paul Stanley over the last few years.

Stanley appeared on Frehley's 2016 solo album, Origins, Vol. 1. In June, Simmons said he and Frehley wrote two songs together for Frehley's next solo album.

Proceeds from the Children Matter Benefit will be directed to hurricane relief. Get more information about the Matter charity here

Also on the bill for the concert is Cheap Trick and Don Felder.
