A 10-year-old boy was crushed to death after his 340-pound foster mom sat on him for five minutes for "acting up," according to court documents viewed by Express US.

Jennifer Wilson told police that Dakota Stevens ran away from her home earlier that same morning and was misbehaving after being retrieved from a neighbor's house, which included the 91-pound child throwing himself on the front lawn outside her home, at which point she sat on him while calling his caseworker. The child was reported to be screaming before he eventually stopped moving, according to the court documents.

Wilson claimed she thought the child was faking being hurt until she saw his eyelids go pale when she rolled him over and was described as being "visibly distraught" while speaking to responding police as Dakota lied motionless and without a pulse. The boy was airlifted to a hospital, however, doctors were unable to save his life. Dakota was taken off life support two days later, just one month after being placed in Wilson's custody.

Ring camera footage unearthed by authorities shows Wilson sitting on Dakota's head and neck as he desperately screamed before going silent. Wilson then realized what she did and frantically told one of her other children to call 911, while repeatedly yelling the boy's name after he stopped breathing in the 20-second footage.

Wilson, who was fostering three other kids at the time, faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
