The Classic West Concert took place this past weekend in LA at Dodger Stadium, and the most memorable moments took place in between the songs. Joe Walsh started off the Eagles set paying tribute to his friend Glenn Frey who died last year at the age of 67 and introduced a new face to the crowd.
And when it was time for Don Henley to take the mic, he also mentioned his long time songwriting partner and friend, Glenn.
24 year old Deacon Frey was visibly moved by the warm and emotional reception from the crowd. It was his debut with the band....
The following night Fleetwood Mac commanded the stage, and after Stevie Nicks performed a breathtaking version of Landslide she had this to say about her late friend.
And finally, the Eagles welcomed special guest Bob Seger who sang a song he co-wrote with Glenn.
